was delighted to see that 68% of the roles we have filled this year are by candidates who have come from our network versus via a job board.
Indeed, this morning I rang someone I haven’t spoken to in 6 months but called with a job I thought she would be perfect for based on her background but I knew it would tick the boxes for her too. Outcome – she was keen and excited by it.
Working with a really good recruitment or staffing agency can help you find candidates that a transactional process (posting and advert and seeing who applies) can’t.
