5 Questions to ask at the end of an interview

  1. What is your onboarding/induction programme like?

  1. If I were successful in securing this role and you were doing my review in 6 months time, what would you like to have seen me achieve in that timeframe?

  1. What do you most enjoy about working for this organisation?

(This is a nice question, especially if you are being interviewed by multiple people, as you will be able to learn what elements they each like about the company)

  1. If you could change any one thing about this team/the organisation, what would it be?

(A bit of a cheeky question as you’re basically asking ‘what are the negatives here’)
